Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Express shipping: We offer express shipping for 6.99 EUR worldwide.
Worldwide Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping generally takes:
5–10 business days for the United States (Mon-Fri)
5–10 business days for Europe (Mon-Fri)
5–10 business days for Australia (Mon-Fri)
5–10 business days for New Zealand (Mon-Fri)
7–10 business days for most other international destinations (Mon-Fri)
3–4 business days Express shipping worldwide.

Even though such delays are beyond our control, we always strive to keep you informed using the latest tracking information available.
Order Processing
Processing time: We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Mon - Fri)
No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Please be aware that certain factors may affect processing times, such as incomplete payment, missing or incorrect address details, or exceptionally high order volumes during peak seasons.
If any issues arise, we will contact you via email before proceeding so we can ensure a successful delivery.

These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

The timing and release of your shipment are solely determined by your local customs agency.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clairedumont.com.
We will do our best to assist you.
However, because orders are transmitted automatically to our warehouse for immediate processing, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
In this case, you may wait for delivery and then initiate a return following our Refund Policy.
